Reporting Bugs
Introduction
No software is perfect. As such reporting bugs found in software is very important. Sometimes bugs can only be discovered in vary specific scenarios that the developers may never have thought of or experienced.
RPM software is used in a variety of Linux Distributions. Bugs experienced in these distributions are best reported to the vendors. Below is a list of vendors and where to report bugs to.
Red Hat
Red Hat uses RPM in
Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Bugs experienced regarding RPM in RHEL should be reported through your paid support channel.
Fedora
The Fedora Project uses RPM in
Fedora Core. Bugs experienced regarding RPM in Fedora should be reported to
Fedora's Bugzilla system.
